Neutralizer TransMax and TransMax-Plus
Totally Integrated Power Quality
Ideal for mission-critical data centers and facilities with high concentrations of electrical loads, only the TransMax offers a four-in-one system that helps ensure maximum uptime and energy efficiency.
This revolutionary approach to power quality includes:
Blockade:
American Thermal Imaging’s proprietary harmonic suppression technology reduces the energy-wasting heat losses caused by harmonic currents and increases useable system capacity.
TP1-Energy Star Compliant Transformer:
Custom-built to American Thermal Imaging specifications, this electrostatically shielded, Energy Star-certified transformer provides maximum system efficiency. It features copper windings and a low temperature rise design. And, if your system includes a static transfer switch, a low-inrush transformer can be specified to ensure that transfer is seamless
TVSS and high-frequency noise filtering:
The TransMax-Plus goes two steps further, providing transient-voltage-surge-surpression to protect the system from voltage spikes, and EMI/RFI filtering to ensure that high frequency noise will not corrupt signals.
Completely passive in operation, the TransMax contains no electronic or switching elements. That means it uses no power in operation and affects only those loads connected to it. Your entire distribution system is inoculated against excessive harmonic currents and the overloading they can cause. And by installing TransMax or TransMax-Plus in your facility, you may qualify for reduced utillity rebates and/or reduced property/casualty insurance rates.

Options
Low In-Rush Transformer:
With a low in-rush transformer, TransMax can help ensure that transfer to an emergency generator in a parallel system is seamless.
Data Monitor:
Capture real-time information about your electrical system directly from your TransMax and TransMax-Plus. Our optional data monitor can provide values for power factor, total harmonic distortion, and more.
